How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our site until you find a shoe that you fancy, click on the shoe picture to take you to the product details page, select your size & quantity and hit the 'buy now' button
I Placed my order but I have not had any kind of receipt from you, only my PayPal receipt. Is this normal?
This is normal as we don't issue automated receipts. Your paypal receipt is our aknowledgement of your order. Please keep it safe in case you need to return your shoes in future or make any enquiry about your order.
When will I receive my tracking info?
We aim to e-mail your tracking info to you within 48 hours of dispatching your shoes. 2 - 3 days after receiving your order.
What is your returns procedure if my shoes are too small/big?
You can return your shoes to us if they are too big / small however you will be liable for any return shipping fees. For further information, please read our returns information
I can't find my tracking info, what should I do?
We would have sent your tracking info to you within 2 - 3 days of receiving your order. The e-mail would have been sent to the e-mail address associated with your PayPal account. Please check this e-mail account too see if it's there. Please also check your spam / junk mail box. If you still cant find it, please drop us an e-mail via our 'contact us' page. Please include your name, original order date and also the paypal address used to place your order.
Why does my PayPal Receipt say 'Size 9' when I ordered a size 9.5?
We use the UK size ratio to process our orders and the size written on your paypal receipt is a UK size. With adidas sizes, a UK size is a half-size smaller than it's US size equivalent. For example UK size 8.5 = US size 9.
Where are you based and do you have a highstreet store?
Our head office is based in the UK but we have correspondents all over the world. We mainly source our products direct from adidas factory outlets and 'over quota' export warehouses
