RETURNING STEPS:
All returns(*) and exchanges must be requested by e-mail no later than 7 calendar days after receiving the product. The product must be sent back to adidas-superstar.com within 14 days from the date of delivery.
(*) Please note that this procedure is invalid for volume orders (more than 8 pieces).
Items on Sale Price or Special Offer Price are not exchangeable or returnable.

Contact us via our contact form to request authorization prior to return and we will send you the appropriate returns address. Please be sure to include your name, address and details of your original order (date of order, shoe model & size + paypal e-mail address).

Please send your shoes using a reputable 'Registered / Trackable / Signed For' service as this will not only cover you in case of loss or damage but we can also refund / send out your exchanged shoes upon receipt of a scan / digital photo of your post office receipt (clearly showing our returns address and the date of dispatch).

To Summerise

1. Contact us with regard to your return within 7 days of receipt
2. We'll send you the correct returns address
3. Send your shoes using a 'Signed for' service. Include a print out of your original paypal order & your original tracking number.
4. Scan / Take a digital photo of your post office receipt and e-mail it to us.
5. We'll refund your payment / Send out your exchanged shoes.


IMPORTANT RULES ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURE:

Refunds made due to incorrect ordering of size and or model will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee plus loss of initial shipping fees

The shipping cost and duties (if requested) will be paid by adidas-superstar.com only and exclusively when the return is a result of our error. If you received damaged or wrong merchandise, we advise you to immediately contact our Customer Service within and no later than 5 business days.
No fees are due if the return is caused by a fault on our part (wrong order shipped, etc.).
(*) Please note that an exchange/return can only be requested once per order.

If your order is returned to us due to an error in your delivery address, you will NOT be eligable for a refund. Instead you will be liable for any re-shipping costs involved in re-sending your shoes to you. Please make sure that you have sent us your correct delivery address. Please note that we DON'T deliver to PO boxes.


RULES ABOUT GOOD CONDITION:

Your purchase is shipped brand new. Items that you return to adidas-superstar.com must be in the same new condition as they were received. All returned items must be in their original state and deemed to be in unworn condition before they can be accepted for a total refund / exchange. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the manufacturer boxes and with all paperworks (this includes tags and any spare laces) to insure full credit. NOTHING SHOULD BE TAPED ON THE BOX. The item/s must be packaged in an appropriate way to prevent any damage. Your return of merchandise will not be accepted if it is not sent back in the proper new condition. Ineligable returns will be disposed of or shipped back to you at your cost.

Worn shoes are not exchangeable or returnable. If you are going to try on the shoes we ask that you wear socks, and only wear them on a carpet. If the soles are scuffed from trying the shoes on outside they will not be eligable for refund / exchange.
We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back. This is why we suggest that you use a 'Registered / Signed for' Service.
